This can be very beneficial in our daily life, maybe you have a job interview or any type of situation where you feel little nervous. Try it, stand up straight, lift your head high and put your arms on the sides of your hips, stand like that for 2 minutes and see what happens.
I know that it can feel fake and uncomfortable to stand with power when you really feel small and want to hide, but I promise you that if you really do try it, it works! You will feel less stressed, more confident and even happier. As Amy says - "Fake it til you become it!"
