For breakfast my family and I often get flax seed meal. It is super easy to make and it is healthy! The flax seeds is a good source of Omega 3, and gives your intestines some fiber to work with!
1/4 cup flax seed
1 can coconut milk, full fat
Make sure flax seeds are fully grounded or use already grounded flax seeds.
Serve it with whatever you prefer, just berries are really delicious. :)
In above picture I have mixed in maca powder and hempheart seeds and topped it with raw zucchini, raw red cabbage, gojiberries, godenberries blueberries, blackberries and pear.
